We present our lowest price everyday to everyone.

About Our Prices -- We want all our products to be a great value so we present our lowest price everyday to everyone and we are proud of our five-star quality customer service. We do not have coupons, promo codes, reward points or "preferred buyer" discounts. You also never have to "call for best price." In a few cases, where diving equipment manufacturers prevent us from showing you a price in the U.S. below their specified fixed minimum amount (known as a Minimum Advertised Price or MAP), you may see a lower "in-store" price in our shopping cart if you first Register and/or Sign In to your DGX customer account on our website. Once you Sign In to your free DGX customer account, our prices are the same good value whether you shop online, our physical location, or call us.

Taxes & Duties -- Our prices do not include taxes. We do not collect taxes on orders we ship via licensed common carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL) to any domestic or international address outside of the State of Florida, USA. If the order is to be delivered inside Florida, then at time of order payment we collect the state sales tax appropriate for the Florida delivery address.

International Notice: Orders shipped outside the US are subject to local import fees collected by the courier upon delivery. Please read our SCUBA Diving Equipment Import Duties and Taxes (VAT) page for detailed country by country guidelines to estimating duties and taxes.

Exchange Rates -- All prices and financial transactions are in United States Dollars (US $). Dive Gear Express uses an online service to optionally display our prices in different currencies. The prices displayed in currencies other than US $ are approximations and your financial institution will set their own exchange rate.

Payment Terms -- Our payment terms are PIA (Payment in Advance); meaning we require receipt of full payment for the order total in advance of release. We accept payment via MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover®, Maestro®, JCB® cards. We generally do not charge your card until shortly before your order ships. We accept payment via PayPal® and Amazon Pay. We accept  Pay on the web in Safari with compatible Apple devices. For our customers in Asia, we accept UnionPay® cards, as well as AliPay™ or WeChat Pay™ online payments. You may also use our Secure Checkout option to pay using Bank Wire Transfer (aka Electronic Funds Transfer), but you must have your own DGX account already registered and signed in to enable the bank wire transfer payment option.

Store Merchandise Credit -- Merchandise credit may only be redeemed for store merchandise and can not be used to pay for sales taxes or shipping charges. Merchandise credit may be redeemed only by the original purchaser, is not transferable and expires two years after date of issue. Merchandise credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Payment Disclaimers -- Dive Gear Express is not responsible for the business policies, practices, and procedures of third party financial services (including online payment systems), who may unilaterally impose denials, delays or surcharges for authorization, payment and refund transactions. We are unable to accept payments from or ship to entities with United States Treasury Financial Sanctions.


About e-Commerce and Your Rights

In consideration for receipt of full payment, the offer of your order is accepted by Dive Gear Express upon our delivery of the ordered products.

Ordinary retail commerce in the US is regulated on the basis of that legal precedent, although electronic commerce is setting some new precedent. In e-commerce some of this may be relatively unfamiliar, especially with consumers new to buying online, so we'll try to explain further in our expanded article "How e‑Commerce Works in the US".
